The consultants and trainers are more important than the name of the consulting company. What do we mean? An experienced and hands-on consultant with in-depth knowledge in his/her field is the most critical success factor to coach, train and motivate the trainees and bring the high impact results to your company's performance.

How we ensure our consultants are real practitioners?  Yes, it's time factor!  We ensure our consultants must have a minimum 5 years in real-life working experience with the multinational companies. Besides that, they must have hands-on experience in their consulting field and gain the recognition from the professional bodies like Institute of Quality Malaysia, International Registered Certified Auditor, Institute of Engineer Malaysia etc.

The trainer we select will be presented to our clients for their approval. This kind of transparency and customer oriented approach will ensure our clients are 100% comfortable with the consultants before committed resources to the undertaken projects.
